How Much - $1,200 a day plus 11.42% tax, 7 day minimum. To
reserve property $1,000.00 refundable security deposit plus 25% of total rent
due and a $350.00 out-clean charge. Balance of rental due 90 days prior
to arrival.
Rates are based on a weekly basis. Shorter stays available at higher cost
and longer stays at a discount. Christmas is $2,200.00 per night with a 12 day
minimum.
