It is located on the Penthouse Floor overlooks the city, mountains and also when walking to the apartment panoramic view of the ocean, airport and city can be seen. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is so breezy that it flows from the lanai through the apartment (air-conditioning is not needed). Lakeshore Tower is located where there is easy access to the city, close to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hickam Air Force Base, Pearl Harbor, Schools, shopping centers. It is minutes from The Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and the H-1 East or West Highway is minutes away. There is a nice size pool and rec deck and the building is minutes from Waikiki and the beach. There are 2 covered parking stalls: 18 & 19 located right next to each other As you leave the elevator, there is a phenomenal view of the ocean. Storage containers conveniently located for each apartment on the respective floors. Two storage closets in the apartment as well as a linen closet. There is an onsite manager available for any matters or questions that arise. It has been freshly painted and there is street parking too.
