Do not enter property without seller present!
The orchard is on the back half of the lot, there is a rough walking trail along the property boundary, the seller can escort you and your clients up. Do not send clients out on their own to find the trail or walk the lot!
Appointments will only be scheduled after proof of funds is shared and buyer has driven the road (unless they already live in HA). No exceptions.
No seller financing offers will be considered.
Property was originally developed with the adjacent parcels to the south, and was purchased as such jointly. This end lot was separated from the joint partnership through litigation, and the new owner will be strongly encouraged to install a privacy fence right away. Seller will pay for K-1 staking, and will pay for 2 additional boundary pins to be placed on south boundary in the orchard.
