Aloha Agents! You know what a pain it is to go looking for lots in Kohala Ranch when there are SO MANY listed and most unmarked?? This one is EASY to find and EASY to figure out the boundaries and building area. The lot has the original Kohala Ranch estimated boundary markers in place on the back boundaries and is flanked by lovely, completed homes on almost all adjoining lots - including the ones on either side. The Design Guidelines are in a file that's too big to attach as Addenda here - but please reach out if you'd like me to email them to you...quick Cliff's notes: 50 ft setback from the front, and 30 ft from the back and sides; likely only a 1-story structure with a maximum of 20 ft height; and a 2,000 SF minimum roofed living area home with additional non-dwelling guest cottages permitted.
