Kona Gardens Subdivision - this incredible view acreage has already had a driveway cut in all the way back to a house pad area with the best ocean views! At the front near the chained entrance is another building pad site. The property continues down Road to the Sea about 1/10 of a mile from the driveway and the two front pins are visible. This amazing property is well worth the drive down the sometimes rough road, but please only drive down this far with either an AWD or a 4WD vehicle with high clearance. About an hour and a half north is Kailua-Kona which has most major services, big box stores and an international airport.
