Discovery Harbour dues are presently $150 per year. Association CC&R and By-laws are available on the DHCA website, www.discoveryharbour.net There is a Community Center where Yoga, Pilates and other fitness classes are held, along with the Quilters Club and holiday gatherings and can be rented out for events. The community offers a Neighborhood Watch team and a Volunteer Fire Department. There is a private golf course and club house, 'The Club at Discovery Harbour' which offers both golf and social memberships. The private clubhouse, offers a restaurant and pub with live music on weekends, which adds to the social scene. Note that the private golf course membership fees are not mandatory, and are separate from the yearly Discovery Harbour HOA dues. Location boasts fabulous weather, near the green sand and black sand beaches, and less than 5 miles from Na'alehu town, which offers several restaurants, coffee shops, library, gas stations, hair salon, bank and hardware store.
