The Island Oasis Villa at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as "Penthouse 111", is a two bedroom, plus den bedroom, plus sofa bed! two bath, exceptionally luxurious vacation residence with partial ocean views as well as a full view and immediate access to the family pool & spas.
With more than 2200 square feet of warmly inviting and very attractive indoor and outdoor living space, this "Tommy Bahama style" luxurious villa is exceptionally well appointed and fully equipped.
Set in a south and southwest facing location, Island Oasis Villa is conveniently shaded from most direct sun, making it comfortable to enjoy the outdoor terrace throughout the day. Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience.
Wailea sandy swimming beach is easily reached by meandering just a short distance past cascading waterfalls, emerald green planted gardens, and orange, yellow, pink and red blooming hibiscus and plumerias. Beach attendants provide towel service poolside, as if luxuriating at a five-star hotel. Pricing, Terms & Payment:
2008: January 7th until April 14th $950 per night, April 14th until June 30th $895 per night, June 30th until September 7th $950 per night.
Available Christmas only - New Year's is pre-reserved. $1850/night Dec 19 - Dec 27th with a minimum 7 night payment term.
All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 7.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%. See below for exceptions to rates for Christmas and New Years weeks. Please inquire for competitive monthly rates.

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, rental car delivery service to villa if renting through Tropical Villa Vacations with Hertz, self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, unlimited USA domestic long distance phone calls, initial grocery stocking service, mid-week housekeeping service if renting for 7 nights or longer (may be substituted for light daily "hotel-style" service upon advance request subject to availability), local newspaper, two in-villa safes, fresh flowers, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.
Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!
You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.
There is a 5 night minimum payment term, although shorter stays are allowed with a 5 night payment. We will consider a visit of less than 5 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost of $350. For any week with a National Holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Security, Damage & Incidentals Deposit - $2,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
Initial Reservation Payment - 0% of rate & taxes. Final Reservation Payment 60 days prior to arrival
