ACTIVITIES: When vacationing in Hawaii, you will run out of time before you run out of things to do and Maui is our adrenaline capitol. Hawaii has an activity for virtually every letter in the alphabet. Hawaii offers world class surfing, sailing, snorkeling, scuba, snuba, and sail boarding and that’s just the S’s. Try a Zipline tour or Helicopter flight over to Molokai to see the highest sea cliffs in the world with their spectacular water-falls. After you witness the famed Sunrise at Haleakala Crater, you can ride a bike clear to the bottom or hike and horseback your way into this dormant volcano.
GOLF: Yes golf courses line the shores of Hawaii. The architects take full advantage of the ocean views while they incorporate multiple tee boxes to make it enjoyable for the novice as well as the big hitters. This is especially true at the Plantation golf course in Kapalua, home of the Tournament of Champions, the PGA’s annual season-opening event each January. Later the same month, Kaanapali is home to the CHAMPIONS SKINS GAME.
WEATHER: Maui’s weather is typically in the 80 degrees range all year round. The average temperature varies only 3 degrees at sea level during the year, essentially PERFECT.
