Pricing, Terms & Payment:
2008: January 7th until April 14th $1,500 per night except any reservation which includes Easter Sunday $1,700 per night, April 15th until June 30th $1,395 per night, June 30th until September 7th $1,500 per night.
Available Christmas/New Years: $3250/night Dec. 19 - Jan. 5. 12 night minimum payment term.
All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 7.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

There is a 5 night minimum payment term, although shorter stays are allowed with a 5 night payment. We will consider a visit of less than 5 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost of $500. For any week with a National Holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Initial Reservation Payment - 50% of total rate & taxes. Final Reservation Payment 60 days prior to arrival
