The Golden Mandarin at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as Villa D102, is a three bedroom, three and a half bath vacation luxurious upscale residence with a fabulous ocean view and opulent East Asian décor. 3100 square feet of very home-like and comfortably romantic living space awaits your enjoyment. A visit to the Golden Mandarin grants you the privilege of soaking in your very own private plunge pool followed by a refreshing shower in the privacy walled outdoor garden grotto.

The amenities and décor of The Golden Mandarin are superior to those of other generic rental pool homes. This privately owned, uniquely decorated and professionally managed garden level walk-in corner villa is most pleasing. Facing towards the setting sun, filtered sun light sparkles through the crème colored great room, illuminating the richly colored hand-carved Asian furniture. Floor to ceiling solid glass and screen doors fully retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning with individual room controls.

Access the adult pool and Wailea Beach by stepping outside and strolling one short block down a staircase facing a gorgeous cascading waterfall, then along a stream decorated with lily pads and pastel colored hibiscus flowers. At night, blazing tiki torches frame the beach and pool access walkway. Beach attendants provide towel service poolside, as if luxuriating at a 5 star hotel. Never before has any private accommodation of this quality been offered immediately at the beach within a resort as legendary as Wailea. Pricing, Terms & Payment:

2008: January 7th until April 14th $2,400 per night, April 14th until June 1st $2,200 per night, June 1st until September 7th $2,400 per night, September 7th until December 20th $2,200 per night excepting any reservation which includes Thanksgiving $2,400 per night.

Available Christmas/New Years: $3500/night with a 12 night min. payment term Dec 19 - Jan 5

All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 7.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

Travel Agent reservations are welcome!

Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, rental car delivery service to villa if renting through Tropical Villa Vacations with Hertz, self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, unlimited USA domestic long distance phone calls, initial grocery stocking service, mid-week housekeeping service if renting for 7 nights or longer (may be substituted for light daily "hotel-style" service upon advance request subject to availability), local newspaper, in-villa safe, fresh flowers, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.

Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!

You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.

There is a 5 night minimum payment term, although shorter stays are allowed with a 5 night payment. We will consider a visit of less than 5 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost of $350. For any week with a National Holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.

$1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Initial Reservation Payment - 50% of rate & taxes. Final Reservation Payment - 60 days prior to arrival
