The Royal Ilima at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as Villa A201, is a three bedroom four bath magnificent prime beach front vacation residence of grand proportions with over 3,300 square feet of elegant, warm and very comfortable living space.

Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass and screen doors fully retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. Access the beach via your own private elevator, walk a few steps past the private swimming pool and hot tub spa, and step onto the sand. Beach attendants provide towel service poolside, as if luxuriating at a 5 star hotel. You cannot stay any closer to the sandy beach!

We will consider a visit of less than 5 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost of $350. For any week with a National Holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.

• Security, Damage & Incidentals Deposit   $2,500. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
