$650 night, plus 11.42% tax for 8;  $25 per person from 9-12

Cancellation:  $500 cancel fee once funds are on acocunt until 91 days prior to arrival.  No refunds if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival.  Trip cancellation insurance is available and reccommended.
