Reservations

To reserve the booking we require 2 checks:

• An advance payment equal to 25% of the total rent (plus taxes), and
• On a separate check returnable to you, a $250 damage/reservation deposit. We will hold this check and mail it back to you after your stay, provided no damage of course.

The balance of the rent is due forty (40) days before your arrival date. If you are booking within 40 days of arriving, please send the entire rental payment along with your deposit check.

A $160 cancellation charge will be applied for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival date, and the remaining advance payment and deposit will be refunded.  Cancellations made within 60 days may be partially refunded only if unit can be re-rented within that time frame.
