Privately owned and uniquely decorated, this professionally managed upper level villa is simply exceptional, within Wailea Beach Villas or anywhere else in Hawaii. Some of our favorite features include the baby grand piano, deep soaking tub, glass blocked encircled master bath shower, elongated plush living room sofas, rounded dining table, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, oversized floor plan, granite and Mahogany finishes, all cotton bath and bed linens, down duvets, Eastern king beds, and large flat panel televisions with premium channels. The baby grand piano is kept finely tuned. The kitchen is airy and bright and it has a small walk-out terrace with sliding doors that may be opened for fresh air and a full view of Haleakala Mountain. A fully stocked in-villa laundry is a wonderful convenience.

Ride your very own dedicated elevator up four stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. Pricing, Terms & Payment:
2008: January 7th until April 14th $1,700 per night, except any reservation over Easter Sunday $1,900 per night, April 14th until June 30th $1,425 per night, June 30th until September 7th $1,800 per night.

  • All rates are plus State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax 7.25% and General Excise Tax 4.166%.

  • Provided inclusive on a complimentary basis at no additional charge: Personal Concierge Service, rental car delivery service to villa if renting through Tropical Villa Vacations with Hertz, self-parking, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, unlimited USA domestic long distance phone calls, initial grocery stocking service, mid-week housekeeping service if renting for 7 nights or longer (may be substituted for light daily "hotel-style" service upon advance request subject to availability), local newspaper, in-villa safe, fresh flowers, tropical bath treats, use of the swimming pools, whirlpool spas and gym/fitness center, pool towel service, personalized in-villa greeting orientation.
  • Unlike at most nearby hotels there are no extra "Resort Fees" charged!
  • You may arrive and depart on any day of the week subject to availability.
  • Minimum Stay   There is a 5 night minimum payment term, although shorter stays are allowed with a 5 night payment. We will consider a visit of less than 5 nights to fill a pre-existing gap with an additional cleaning cost of $350. For any week with a National Holiday we request a minimum stay of 7 nights.
  • Maximum Occupancy Including Children eight guests inclusive of all ages with the exception of infants
  • Security, Damage & Incidentals Deposit   $1,000. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.
  • Initial Reservation Payment   50% of rate & taxes. Final Reservation Payment   60 days prior to arrival
