Pricing, Terms & Payment:
$1000 per night from April 4 through June 14 and from Sept 8 through Nov 15, with final payment due 60 days in advance. $1100 per night from June 15 through September 7 with final payment due 60 days in advance. December holiday $1950 per night with 10 day minimum and final payment due 90 days in advance for the holiday period. Taxes and $350 departure cleaning extra. Initial reservation payment is 50% of rate and taxes. $1500 security deposit will be fully refunded soon after departure if no damage is noted. Rates are not guaranteed until initial deposit is received.
